NOTE: The viral Tik Tok Panther Hoodie is excluded from projected shipping time within the policy below. While the delay won’t be much longer than our usual processing time, it is to be expected there will be a minimal delay due to the quantity of orders received. We are working very hard to have all orders shipped out as quickly as our team produces them. Each day we mail out 25-30 hoodies packed the day prior.
Please be patient with us as we work non-stop to get you covered for 11/11. We are beyond grateful for each and every order and will make sure each customer is shipped the perfect product.
Shipping policy
Shipping charges include packaging, handling, and shipping.
We ship orders on a daily basis Monday through Saturday.
Processing Time
The time needed to prepare an order for shipping varies. (See note above for Hoodie info)
Most order ship within a week. However, please allow 14-21 days processing time for orders to be completed and ready for shipping.

North America: 3-7 business days
International: Carrier will determine at time of shipment
We will do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them.
Actual delivery time will depend on processing and shipping companies.
Shipping Delays
Once your order is shipped; unfortunately we have no control over how long it takes to arrive. There have been several delays with USPS First Class Mail. So please remember, at checkout, you can upgrade to USPS Priority to ensure a faster delivery time.
Insurance
We ship via USPS Ground and Media which does not include insurance.
USPS Priority Mail/Expedited shipping and UPS shipping are available upon request and include up to $50 of insurance. If you would like these forms of shipping, please let us know and we will send you an invoice for the additional cost. Our current shipping method does provide customer's the ability to track their order once received by the carrier.
Should an item be lost in transit, we will NOT be responsible for contacting the shipping carrier. The customer will be responsible for contacting the shipping carrier to determine the status of the order with the tracking number sent via email when the item was received by the shipping carrier.
Shipment Tracking
Once your package has been received by the shipping carrier, you will receive an email notifying you the order has been shipped including a tracking number.
Once we ship, the package is completely out of our control and we ARE NOT responsible should it gets lost or damaged in the mail
Payment
Payment is due in full at time of order unless otherwise approved.
Return/Refunds/Exchange/Cancellation

Due to the health climate, we have a strict no-refund, return, exchange, or cancellation policy. All items produced by Britez Works are of a custom nature and therefore cannot be returned because we cannot return the items to our wholesale distributors. We encourage you to contact us prior to ordering if you have any questions. Please be sure to check the size charts provided.If your final product arrives and you believe it is different from what you purchased, please contact us. We will review the complete order and determine if your instance qualifies for an order reproduction.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
However, we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in the mail.
Garment Disclaimer
Britez Works is not responsible for manufacturer defects such as color inconsistencies, stitching errors, mislabeled garments, loose/inconsistent stitching, and or garment defects (holes, ripped seams, etc.) not caused by our team. We try our best to inspect the garments/items as we print them, but we cannot guarantee each garment/item. We are not the manufacturers of these garments or items so we cannot ensure proper construction. We will not refund or exchange any garment due to fit.
Cancellations
We understand there are times when orders need to be cancelled. However, due to the custom nature of our business, we have a strict NO cancellation policy after 24 hours when it is assumed your product will be in production. We encourage you to contact us prior to placing your order if you have any questions or concerns
Print/Decoration Placement
There are industry guidelines/standards for product placement on all garment types. There is no way to efficiently measure a distance from the collar on each t-shirt as each garment is pressed. For instance, if you request a shirt that has the design 2″ down from the collar, we will use that as a guide and do our best to make sure all shirts hit that target. However, all shirts will not hit exactly 2″. They may be off as much as an inch in any direction. This will not be considered a misprint and we will not reprint or refund these shirts. Anything over an inch and a half from your desired placement will be considered for reprint. If no placement is requested we will use our opinion and standard specs to place design.
Quality Assurance
We check every garment as it’s completed, but there are times when some mistakes will make it out the door. We allow an industry standard 24 hour window from the time you receive the goods to notify us of any issues with your order. We will not be responsible for errors with your order after the 24 hour window.
Out of Stock Items
We will not be responsible for items that are out of stock. While we check items we know have potential stock issues, all garments/items are ordered after your order is placed and we cannot guarantee their availability. If items are out of stock we will provide you with replacements options and get your approval before moving forward.
Pressing on Customer Supplied Garments
We highly recommend using OUR garments/items for customization. We know where they come from and they are blanks made especially for customization.
However, if a customer insists to supply us with the garment/item to be customized, we will try our very best.
Shop rates will apply and will not reflect the normal pricing structures.
The customer will be subject to design or other set up fees associated with producing their order. We will in no way be responsible for the garments/items for any reasons whatsoever regardless of fault. The customer is requesting their product be printed at their own risk.
While we are careful and meticulous with every product, we deal with extreme heat settings. Not comparable to a household iron. Different fabric makeups react differently to heat and vinyl used.
We will not press on apparel that has been pre-washed or worn.
Residue from detergents, softeners, body oils, lotions prevent vinyl from adhering fully. We will not be responsible for decoration longevity, washouts, etc. on your customer supplied items. Please keep in mind when providing your own garments/items, we always recommend you provide extras. If we error we will not be responsible for the cost of replacing the item.
